Oklahoma authorities on Thursday detailed the events leading up to Wednesday’s deadly shooting at a medical building on a hospital campus in Tulsa. The gunman, who died from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound, targeted a doctor whom he blamed for ongoing pain after back surgery, police said. The doctor was among the four people killed in the shooting.
