Former ambassador to Ukraine arrives to testify in impeachment inquiry

Former U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch has arrived on Capitol Hill to be deposed in the impeachment inquiry against President Trump. It was unclear whether she'd appear, since the State Department had indicated it would not allow current officials to testify in the inquiry.
