Pentagon holds briefing after Russia seizes Europe's largest nuclear power plant
Pentagon press secretary John Kirby held a press briefing on Friday after Russian forces were accused of shelling a huge nuclear power plant before taking control of the facility. Russian troops have surrounded at least five cities in Ukraine's south and east, and U.S. officials say they could encircle the capital Kyiv within a few days.
