Pete Buttigieg gaining momentum in 2020 race
Mayor Pete Buttigieg of South Bend, Indiana, has been slowly gaining momentum since he launched his exploratory committee for a possible 2020 presidential run in January. Recently, that momentum has spiked, fueling speculation the Democrat will officially announce his candidacy soon. Associated Press political reporter Sara Burnett has been following Buttigieg's rise.
